Light, space and an estate that photographs like nothing else near Brisbane.
Private hire for portrait and wedding photographers. Twenty-five minutes from the CBD. No other sessions, no shared access, no compromises on the light.
The estate closest to where your clients actually live.
The travel question disappears. Twenty-five minutes from Brisbane CBD is the difference between a couple saying yes and saying maybe next time. Private acreage this close to the city does not exist anywhere else at this standard.
Photographers hire the estate for portfolio sessions, styled shoots, engagement sessions, workshops for their students, brand content, and editorial work. The variety of natural backdrops — orchard, open lawn, long verandah, native creek line, animal paddock — means a full day here yields five or six genuinely distinct environments.
Five distinct shooting environments.
The orchard
Mature canopy, soft filtered light. Naturally dappled throughout the morning. One of the most versatile environments on the estate for portrait work.
The ceremony lawn
Open sky and rolling hills. Generous negative space. At golden hour, this is the estate at its most felt.
The verandah
Long and shaded. Warm afternoon light from the west. Strong architectural lines and genuine character.
The creek
Native bushland and a small seasonal creek. A cooler, quieter environment than the open paddock. Works well for candid and documentary-style work.
The animal fence line
The miniature donkeys and Galloway cows tend to gather near the fence at their own pace. Unscripted moments that feel honest.
Sessions for every kind of shoot.

The owner is on-site. That is a good thing.
Kate is here for every session. Not in the way of the shoot, but present enough to open gates, introduce the animals, answer questions and make sure the day runs well.
Photographers who spend a full day here tend to come back. The ones who come back are the ones who photograph the weddings. That relationship is the whole point.
